Appian Developer

We are continuing to grow our Appian development teams in Zagreb and Čakovec.

Job description

END2END designs and develops complex IT systems, with a strong focus on the banking and telecommunications sectors. We build business applications, develop integrations with banking and telecom core systems, and design and automate business processes using BPM standards.

In practice, this involves full-stack development within the Appian platform, including frontend and backend logic, web APIs, integrations, and business process modelling.

For this position, we are looking for candidates with different levels of experience — whether you are close to completing a technical degree, at the beginning of your career, or already have several years of experience in software development using other technologies.

Selected candidates will be involved in developing business applications using the Appian platform. The workplace is our office in Zagreb or Čakovec.

Since Appian is primarily used in enterprise environments and is not widely represented, we are aware that most candidates will not have prior experience working with Appian.

All selected candidates will have the opportunity to go through Appian training, participate in development projects, work alongside experienced colleagues, and take the official Appian certification exam.

We expect candidates to have a solid technical background and a good understanding of software development concepts and working with databases, along with a good communication skills in both Croatian and English. For entry-level candidates, the focus is on strong fundamentals and learning potential, while for more experienced candidates we look for an interest in learning new technologies, adaptability, and the ability to apply existing experience in our environment.
